Data Deletion Instructions

Overview
SandboxOps respects your right to control your personal data. This page explains how to request deletion of personal information we hold about you, whether you interacted with us directly or through a service we operate on behalf of one of our clients (for example, a Facebook Page, Instagram account, WhatsApp Business number, or Meta lead form).
What data we may hold
- Contact details you submitted through a website form, Facebook or Instagram Page, WhatsApp conversation, or a Meta lead form.
- Messages and conversation history from Messenger, Instagram Direct, or WhatsApp on a Page or WABA number we manage.
- Lead form answers, including property, timeline, budget, or service preferences.
- Website analytics data associated with your IP address, browser, and visited pages.
- Ad performance data where your interactions with an ad are attributed to an ad account we manage.
How to request deletion
Send an email to privacy@sandboxops.co from the email address or phone number associated with your data. Include:
- Your full name
- Email address and phone number, if known
- The business, Page, or campaign you interacted with
- A short statement requesting deletion of your personal data
If you do not have access to the original contact email, you may submit the request from any email address but we may require additional verification steps before deletion is completed.
What happens next
- We acknowledge your request within 5 business days.
- We verify your identity, typically by confirming an email address or phone number you previously submitted.
- We delete, de-identify, or anonymize your personal data across our systems and the client account on whose behalf we processed it, within 30 calendar days.
- We send you a confirmation email when deletion is complete.
Exceptions
Some data may be retained despite a deletion request, specifically:
- Records required to comply with Canadian tax, accounting, or anti-money-laundering law (for example, invoices processed through Intuit QuickBooks, retained for 7 years per CRA requirements).
- Records required to respond to a legal proceeding or regulatory investigation.
- Aggregated or anonymized data that can no longer be linked to you.
Where an exception applies, we will tell you which categories of data remain and why.
Deletion from third-party platforms
Some data you believe we hold is actually held by Meta, Google, Intuit, or another platform provider. For data stored by those providers, please also contact them directly:
- Meta (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp): Meta Data Deletion

We will coordinate with these providers where we are authorized to act on your behalf.
